# Find my match

Four questions. One brief you can send to Gemma in a tap.

## Why a brief?

Four quick answers let me send you a shortlist that fits, instead of a generic list.

Nothing is stored on this site. Your answers go straight into a WhatsApp message to me.

Illustration only, not an offer, forecast or advice. Fees and lending limits change, so confirm current figures with the Dubai Land Department, your bank and Gemma before committing.

## What happens next

You send your brief to Gemma on WhatsApp. She replies personally, usually with questions rather than a flood of listings, and then a short list with the numbers beside each option.
