# Updates and corrections

Every change to a fee, a rule or a figure, with the date.

When fees, lending limits or rules change, or a figure is corrected, it is recorded here with the date. This is how you can tell the numbers are being kept current.

## 2026-10-29: Launch

Published the buying-cost, yield and mortgage tools and the guides on costs, process, mortgages, Golden Visa, off-plan, verification and the market. Fee figures cross-checked against several sources; mortgage limits checked against the Central Bank of the UAE rulebook (2020 consolidated version).

## 2026-10-29: Correction applied

Labelled the AED 4,000 (AED 2,000 under AED 500,000) item as the registration trustee office fee rather than the title deed fee, and added the separate title deed and DLD admin charges.
